The biogas analysis system SWG100 Biogas-Ex is the rugged, ready to use industrial gas analyser for:

  • Biogas (anaerobic digestion) plants. Ethanol plants, pulp & paper plants
  • Cogeneration heat and power engines (CHP)
  • Biomethane plants
  • Landfill gas monitoring and CHP
  • Municipal or industrial waste water treatment plants
  • Coal seam gas sites
Basic-Equipment
  • IP 65 stainless steel cabinet, special contruction for use in hazardous area zone 2
  • Electric sample gas cooler and condensate draining pump
  • Regulated sample gas pump with sample gas flow monitoring and adjustment 
  • Internal sample flow sensor with filtration od acid sample gas in front of sensor
  • Solenoid valve for auto-zero (with clean ambient air) and for automatic calibration
  • Sample gas supply cut-off in case of system alarm
  • All stainless steel gas connectors 1/8"ID threads
  • Flow restrictor orifice gas inlet for high pressure site
  • Multiple sampling point monitoring (up to 4 sites Monitoring) with one analyser
  • All password protected, intuitive software guided menu with diagnosis software and logbook
